Question by : What is the best treatment for bleach inhalation? This happened 36 hours ago now painful cough/sore throat.?
It really hurts when I cough and/or breathe deeply. No shortness of breath. I just feel generally crummy, irritated nasal passages, esophagus and lungs. I got a little crazy cleaning the shower and tub. Afterwards all I could taste was bleach for hours.

EEK! That sounds awful!
Considering this happened 36 hours ago, I think it’s time to see a doctor.
Or at least call a health professional, they’ll be able to answer this question for you properly.
